Ryanair chief executive Michael O'Leary has issued an apology to the head of the ICTU trade union David Begg over comments he made on Today FM's 'Last Word' programme.

Ryanair chief executive Michael O'Leary has issued an apology to the head of the ICTU trade union David Begg over comments he made on Today FM's 'Last Word' programme.

Yesterday evening Mr O'Leary said that Mr Begg received a fee of €75,000 for his role as a non-executive director of Aer Lingus.
