Gardaí set up bank-holiday road checkpoint campaign

Gardaí across the country will be mounting numerous checkpoints in a bid to save lives this bank holiday weekend.

Four people died in road accidents over the June Bank Holiday last year and a total of 111 people have been killed on the country's roads so far this year.
