SR Technics staff to hold ballot on new proposals

Workers at the aircraft maintenance company SR Technics are to set to hold a ballot on proposals aimed at ending a dispute over new work practices.

The proposals, which include longer working hours and more night shifts, were agreed between unions and management in the early hours of this morning.
