No charges in Katy death probe
The gardaí have reportedly recommended that nobody be charged with criminal offences over the death of model Katy French last December.
Yesterday, the gardaí forwarded a file on their investigation to the Director of Public Prosecutions, who must decide if any charges should be brought.
Reports this morning say no charges specifically relating to Ms French's death have been recommended because the 24-year-old willingly took the cocaine that caused her death.
However, a number of people may face charges over the supply of cocaine to the model.
Gardaí have arrested four people as part of their investigation, including the couple whose house Ms French was in at the time of her collapse.
