Aer Arann plane makes emergency landing in Shannon

A passenger plane with 30 people on board has made an emergency landing at Shannon Airport today.

The Aer Arann flight was travelling from Dublin to Galway when the pilot had to shut down one of the plane's engines due to a technical fault that occurred shortly after take-off.
