Gardaí appeal for witnesses to pipe-bomb attack

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to a pipe-bomb attack at a house in north Dublin.

The device exploded in the front garden of a house in Finglas early this morning

It happened just hours after a pipe-bomb was thrown into a house on Seville Place in the north city centre.

The bomb was planted under a parked car in a driveway on Glenhill Avenue in Finglas.

It exploded just before 2am this morning.

Four people were in the house at the time but no-one was injured.
