Post mortem to be carried out on girl who died on plane

A post mortem is due to be carried out today on the body of a two-year-old girl who died while on a transatlantic flight yesterday.

The flight from Frankfurt to the United States diverted to Shannon Airport with 300 people on board after the child fell ill.
