Gardaí name Tipperary crash victim

A man killed in a road crash in Co Tipperary on Friday has been named.

A man killed in a road crash in Co Tipperary on Friday has been named.

He was 36-year-old James Reddington of The Mews, Fairfield Court, Herbert Road in Dublin 4.

He was a serving Detective member of the Gardaí and was stationed at Donnybrook Garda Station.

Mr Reddington died when his motorcycle was in a collision with a car on the N7, just outside of Roscrea, yesterday afternoon.

He was originally from Swinford in Co Mayo.
