Pat Kenny to begin court fight in land row

Late Late Show host Pat Kenny is expected to begin a lengthy and potentially costly legal battle with his neighbour today as he attempts to secure squatter’s rights over a valuable piece of cliff-top land.

The High Court case is due to be heard by Ms Justice Maureen Clark barring any last minute moves by the millionaire broadcaster’s lawyers.
