A 39-year-old man has appeared at a special sitting of Dunshaughlin District Court, charged in connection with yesterday's heroin seizure in Meath and Westmeath.

A 39-year-old man has appeared at a special sitting of Dunshaughlin District Court, charged in connection with yesterday's heroin seizure in Meath and Westmeath.

He was arrested yesterday in a joint operation involving Customs officers at Dublin Port, members of the National Drugs Unit and gardaĂ­ from Meath.
