Taoiseach meets with family of missing teenager

The Taoiseach has met with the family of missing Irish girl Amy Fitzpatrick.

Bertie Ahern offered government assistance to the teenager's mother and step-father.

Amy Fitzpatrick went missing in the Costa Del Sol in Spain on New Year's Day.

Mr Ahern said he would ask the Irish embassy in Madrid to set up a meeting between the family, Irish officials and the Spanish police in a bid to review the investigation.
