Man faces court in connection with crash that killed five

A man is to appear in court later this year in connection with the deaths of five people in a car crash, it was announced today.

A court hearing was set after relatives of the victims of the crash at Quigley's Point, Co Donegal, last month criticised delays in the prosecution.
