Blaze aboard Irish trawler under control

The crew of an Irish trawler crew have managed to extinguish an onboard blaze after the vessel caught fire off the south coast today.

The 32-foot trawler, Inverigchn, sent out a mayday signal around midday after getting into difficulties in the sea off west Cork.
