Teens may be used as bait in off-licence crackdown

The Government's Alcohol Advisory Group is reportedly considering using teenagers as bait to catch off-licences who sell alcohol to underage drinkers.

Reports this morning say the move is being "strongly considered" in a bid to bring more prosecutions before the courts.
