CARI has said that it is sceptical about the possibility that constitutional changes on children's rights may be separated into two referendums.

The group, Ireland's main provider of therapy to sexually abused children, warned today that a cross-party consensus which could result in addressing the Supreme Court decision in the 'C' case on the same day as the Lisbon Treaty is unwise.
