Gardaí investigate break-in at Dublin garda station

Gardaí are investigating a break-in at Harcourt Street Garda Station in Dublin last night.

A number of personal items, including garda uniforms, were stolen during the incident, which was discovered shortly after midnight.

An attempt was also made to start a small fire in the building, but the blaze was put out by officers who were alerted by a fire alarm.

Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
