Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny has rejected criticism from the Minister for Enterprise Micheál Martin over the party's stance on the Taoiseach's dealings with the Mahon Tribunal.

Mr Martin accused Fine Gael at the weekend of acting in a partisan manner in the on-going controversy over Bertie Ahern's financial and tax affairs.
