Taoiseach leads largest trade delegation to South Africa

The Taoiseach Bertie Ahern is in South Africa as part of a six-day that will also see him visit Tanzania today.

Mr Ahern is leading the largest ever trade delegation to South Africa.

He is also due to see first hand the work being done with Irish aid donations in Tanzania.

The Minister for Enterprise Micheal Martin and Minister for Overseas Development Michael Kitt are also on the trip.

Over 50 companies are taking part in the trade mission as well as Enterprise Ireland, the IDA, Tourism Ireland and Bord Bia.
