Minister publishes terms of inquiry into Wexford tragedy

Minister for Children, Brendan Smith has published the terms of reference of the independent inquiry into the deaths of the Dunne family in Co Wexford last year.

Adrian and Ciara Dunne and their daughters, Lean, five and Shania, three, were found dead in their house in Monageer last April.
