Inquiry into Wexford tragedy underway

An independent inquiry into the deaths of the Dunne family in Co Wexford last year is due to get underway today.

Adrian and Ciara Dunne and their daughters, Lean, five, and Shania, three, were found dead in their house in Monageer last April.

It later emerged that the couple had visited an undertaker to plan their funerals and those of their daughters.

The inquiry being overseen by barrister Kate Brosnan is expected to take a number of months to complete.
