Negotiations planned to discuss Irish pension crisis
A series of consultation negotiations between trade unions, employers, the Government and other interest groups are due to take place over the coming months in a bid to resolve the current pension crisis.
At the moment there are 5 people working for every pensioner over the age of 65, however that number is expected to drop to 3 by 2031.
