Stand-off at Dublin Port over crew pay claims

A dispute has broken out on board the Celtic Star vessel at Dublin Port.

Seven Russian crew-members claim they have been overworked and underpaid, and they are refusing to leave until their concerns are addressed.

Inspectors from the International Transport Federation have been called in, and claim there is grounds for the ship to be detained.
