Taoiseach defends plans to charge schools extra for water

The Taoiseach Bertie Ahern is defending plans to charge schools more money for their water supplies.

The Fine Gael Leader Enda Kenny said it was unacceptable that parents around the country are being forced to raise money to pay for such services.
