Alleged former IRA boss Thomas 'Slab' Murphy is due to appear in court again today.

Alleged former IRA boss Thomas 'Slab' Murphy is due to appear in court again today.

The 58-year-old from Ballybinaby in Hackballscross is charged with nine counts of failing to file income tax returns.

He appeared at Dundalk District Court last month and was remanded on continuing bail until today.

The book of evidence is due to be presented to the court this morning.
