Second person dies after Galway crash

A second person has died following last night's road accident at Quincentennial Bridge in Galway city.

The 33-year-old woman was a passenger in a car that crashed into another vehicle at around 8pm.

She was rushed to hospital after the collision, but died this morning.

A man was also pronounced dead shortly after the accident.
