Stun-gun boy to face psychiatric test

The case of a 15-year-old charged with illegally possessing a stun gun, has been adjourned pending efforts to obtain psychiatric reports on his mental age.

The case of a 15-year-old charged with illegally possessing a stun gun, has been adjourned pending efforts to obtain psychiatric reports on his mental age.

The boy has been charged under the Firearms and Offensive Weapons Act at the Dublin Children’s Court with possession of the stun gun, with intent of causing injury or incapacitating another, at Church Road, in East Wall, in Dublin, on August 16 last.
