Quinn murder set to dominate Oxfordshire meeting

The murder of 21-year Paul Quinn in Co Monaghan last month is expected to dominate a meeting of the British-Irish Inter-Parliamentary Body in Oxfordshire today.

Delegates at the meeting are expected to press Northern Secretary Shaun Woodward to make a statement about the killing.
