Legal argument continues in Offaly sexual assault trial
The trial of a Clare man accused of sexually assaulting his two daughters has continued with legal argument in the absence of the jury which has been asked to return to court tomorrow.
The 36-year-old man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has pleaded not guilty to 11 counts of sexual assault on the girls, on dates between September 2001 and December 2004 in a Co Offaly town.
