Youth arrested in connection with attack on Dublin Bus driver

A juvenile has been arrested in connection with an attack on a bus driver in the Dublin suburb of Rathfarnham on Monday evening.

The youth was arrested at 8.30am this morning, taken for questioning at Rathfarnham Garda station.

The attack happened at Dublin Bus's new Whitechurch terminus.

According to local Fine Gael TD Alan Shatter, the attack has led to bus drivers refusing to use the terminus after 6pm because of fears of another attack.
