Paramilitary republicans 'still a threat', says Orde

Dissident republicans remain a serious threat to the peace process, the North’s top police officer warned today.

PSNI chief constable Hugh Orde, speaking at high-level cross-border talks, said he was substantially worried about the capacity of breakaway paramilitary groups to destroy political progress.
