A six-year-old girl has died after being accidentally hit on the head with a golf club during an incident in Co Tipperary over the weekend.

A six-year-old girl has died after being accidentally hit on the head with a golf club during an incident in Co Tipperary over the weekend.

The girl was hurt when her six-year-old cousin swung the club to strike a ball during a family get-together in Nenagh on Sunday.
