Overnight fire destroys business complex in Mullingar

An overnight fire has destroyed a warehouse, offices and retail outlet being used by the Wines Direct company in Mullingar, Co Westmeath.

The blaze broke out sometime before 9pm and completely destroyed the complex before it was brought under control.

However, Paddy Keogh, the owner of Wines Direct, says the company has already re-located to another premises in Mullingar and will continue operating normally from tomorrow.
