Labour leader visits Shannon as controversy rumbles on

The new leader of the Labour Party is visiting Shannon today as controversy continues to rumble on over the Aer Lingus decision to axe the local airport's links with Heathrow.

Eamon Gilmore and a delegation of Labour TDs are meeting with local business interests campaigning against the decision.
