Three held over fatal collision in Clare

Gardaí in County Clare have arrested three men in connection with last night's fatal hit and run in the county.

An 89-year-old man was killed in the incident which happened as he crossed the road from Mass in the village of Ogonnelloe.

The car which gardaí believe was involved has been found burnt out in the Scariff area.
