Two early morning shooting incidents in Limerick

Gardaí are investigating two separate early morning shooting incidents in Limerick.

A number of shots were fired at a house at Delmege Park in Moyross at 4.10 am.

The front door and window were damaged.

Meanwhile two shots were fired through the front window of a house at Lenihan Avenue in Ballinacurra Weston at 4.45 am approx.

No one was injured in either incident and both scenes have been technically preserved for examination.
