Two held in Portlaoise contraband crackdown

Gardaí have arrested two men as part of an operation targeting the supply of contraband to prisoners in Portlaoise.

The arrests were made after gardaí carried out early-morning raids on a number of houses in Portlaoise, as well as the prison complex in the town.
