Aer Lingus sets up helpline for strike-hit customers

Aer Lingus has set up a helpline for customers set to be affected by a two-day pilots' strike next week.

Almost 500 pilots are set to strike next Tuesday and Wednesday in protest at the airline's plan to hire new pilots in Belfast on less favourable pay and conditions than those on offer in Dublin.
