Cork gardaí seize €60k of drugs

A man and two women were being questioned by detectives after drugs worth €60,000 were seized during a house raid in Co Cork, gardaí said tonight.

The find of amphetamines was made at a property in Dundullerick, Leamlara just before 8am.

The three were later arrested at midday by gardaí from Cobh.

The man is in his 50s, one of the women is in her teens and the other in her 20s.

They are being held at Cobh and Middleton garda stations, where they can be detained for up to seven days under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act .
