Gardaí cleared of wrongdoing over Cork cell death

Gardaí have been cleared of any wrongdoing in relation to the death of a Russian man while he was in custody in Cork earlier this year.

Sergei Solovei, 51, was found lying unconscious in his cell in Togher Garda Station on April 27.
