Lotto mania as jackpot hits €16m

Lotto mania has gripped the nation once again with tonight's record breaking jackpot topping the €16m mark.

People are being advised to buy their tickets early with two out of every three adults expected to play.

Two million tickets were sold for the mid-week draw which was worth over €13m.

Lotto Spokesperson, Paul McEvoy has advised potential winners to sign their ticket on the back and contact the Lotto office first thing on Monday.
