Police release three men held over blast at PSNI station

Police in the North have released three men arrested yesterday over a bomb blast at a police station in Stabane.

A number of nearby homes were damaged when a blast bomb exploded at the rear of Strabane PSNI station on July 12, but nobody was injured.

Dissident republicans are believed to have been behind the attack.

The three men questioned over the incident were detained yesterday in Strabane, but all have now been released without charge.
