The DUP's Jeffrey Donaldson has slammed a decision to reopen the investigation into the RUC killing of three unarmed IRA men in Co Armagh 25 years ago.

The British Government has asked Police Ombudsman Nuala O'Loan to re-open files on the 1982 killings, which were among the cases that prompted claims of a shoot-to-kill policy by the British security forces.
