Gardaí investigate three deaths in weekend of violence
Gardaí are investigating three separate violent deaths in Dublin, Nenagh and Drogheda during the weekend.
A 32-year-old Romanian man was stabbed to death in Drogheda on Friday evening, while another eastern European man was also killed in a stabbing in Nenagh.
A second man was wounded in that incident, which happened during a fight at a house party in the Co Tipperary town.
In Dublin, meanwhile, a 28-year-old man died after being shot at a house in Finglas yesterday morning.
The victim, Kevin Ledwidge, had only been released from prison last Friday.
Gardaí are searching for two men who they believe carried out the murder.
