Property developer Tom Gilmartin has described claims that he promised to lie to the Mahon Tribunal as "nonsense".

Property developer Tom Gilmartin has described claims that he promised to lie to the Mahon Tribunal as "nonsense".

The tribunal has been hearing details today about notes taken by former EU Commissioner Padraig Flynn during three telephone conversations with the developer in 1998.
