Greens yet to receive contact from Taoiseach

The Green Party has said that it has not yet been contacted by the Taoiseach following reports that Bertie Ahern wants to have direct talks with the party leader, Trevor Sargent.

Green negotiator Dan Boyle said he and his colleagues have been reading the Fianna Fáil leader's article in today's Sunday Independent newspaper with 'as much interest as everyone else'.
