Ahern disappointed with setback to US immigration bill

Foreign Affairs Minister Dermot Ahern has said he is disappointed that planned immigration reforms have been held up in the US Senate.

The Senate last night voted against an attempt to send the legislation to the next stage, leaving the future of the bill shrouded in uncertainty.
