Man arrested after arson attacks on churches

A 48-year-old man has been arrested in connection with three fires at two separate churches in Dundalk, County Louth.

Gardaí have claimed that at least two of the fires were started deliberately.

The suspect was detained in the Muirhevnamor area, shortly after 3pm this afternoon.
