Mansergh on verge of second FF seat in Tipperary South

Fianna Fáil's Martin Mansergh is on the verge of grabbing a second seat for his party in the three-seat constituency of Tipperary South.

A recount is ongoing as the FF member is 59 votes ahead of Independent candidate Seamus Healy in the race for a Dáil seat after he gained 9,282 votes to Mr Mansergh's 9,341 votes.
