The jury in the Central Criminal Court trial of a Donegal man charged with the Dublin bed-sit rape of a woman who told the jury she had snorted cocaine earlier has been sent to a hotel overnight.

Mr Justice Barry White sent the jury off when it had not yet reached a verdict following just over two hours deliberations. It was day-three of the trial.
