Harney seeks report into breast cancer diagnosis mix-up

Minister for Health Mary Harney has requested a full report on the mix-up case that led to a Co Tipperary woman being wrongly given the all-clear after a breast cancer test.

The 41-year-old mother-of-three had to have a breast removed last summer, 14 months after being told that she was cancer-free.
